Developer Resource Terms

Scope

These terms apply specifically to free developer resources published under Inflahormony's Developers section and explicitly designated as covered by this notice, currently the Healthtech Developer Regulatory Cheat Sheet. They are separate from, and in addition to, the general website Terms and Privacy Notice, which still apply to your use of this website and any information you submit.

Other developer tools we publish, including an in-development FHIR Explorer, are not covered by this notice and may be offered under their own separate terms — including free and paid tiers — published when introduced.

The cheat sheet is free

The Healthtech Developer Regulatory Cheat Sheet is provided at no cost. We email it to the address you provide after you request it and agree to our Privacy Notice.

Permitted use

You may read, copy, and share the cheat sheet as-is and unmodified, including forwarding it within your own organization or team, for your own reference in evaluating regulatory questions for your product. You may not modify its content, remove attribution, sell it, or represent it as your own work or as legal or regulatory advice you have prepared.

Not legal or regulatory advice

The cheat sheet is an educational checklist, not a legal determination, and is not a substitute for advice from qualified regulatory counsel. Regulations and agency guidance referenced in it change over time; confirm current requirements before relying on it.

No warranty

The cheat sheet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Inflahormony does not guarantee that it is complete, current, or accurate, and will not be liable for decisions made in reliance on it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as our developer resources change. The version in effect when you request a resource applies to that resource; future resources, including any paid offering, will link to their own applicable terms.
