Inflahormony LLC (“Inflahormony,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle information collected through this public website, including our demo, solutions-contact, developer-resource, and patient-pilot interest forms.

Information we collect

When you request a demonstration or contact us about a solution, we may collect your name, email address, role, organization, audience type, and the product or workflow needs you choose to describe.

When you request a downloadable developer resource, such as our regulatory cheat sheet, we collect your email address, an optional name, and the fact and time that you agreed to receive that resource by email.

When you join the patient-pilot interest list, we collect your email address, optional full name, confirmation that you are at least 18, pilot-contact consent, optional marketing choice, the version of the consent presented, and consent timestamps.

Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, and timestamps.

Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medical-record details, or other personal health information through this website.

How we use information

• Respond to requests and arrange product demonstrations.
• Send a developer resource you requested to the email address you provided and, if you agreed, occasional related developer updates.
• Manage the patient-pilot interest list and communicate about readiness, potential eligibility, and participation opportunities.
• Send occasional product news, research updates, or event invitations only when you separately choose those emails.
• Understand interest in our physician and patient experiences.
• Improve the website, prototypes, security, and product direction.
• Comply with applicable law and protect our rights, users, and services.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, security, inquiry management, and communications; when required by law; or as part of a corporate transaction. Service providers may use information only to provide services to us and under their applicable contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information submitted through our public website forms.

Patient-pilot interest list

Joining the interest list does not enroll you in a pilot, determine eligibility, guarantee participation, provide medical advice, or create a patient-provider relationship. We are initially limiting this interest list to adults age 18 or older.

Your required pilot-contact consent applies to communications about the planned patient pilot. The separate marketing choice is optional and is not required to join the interest list. You may withdraw either choice or ask us to delete your interest-list information by contacting inflahormony@gmail.com. A withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before we received it.

If a pilot becomes available, we will provide any additional eligibility information, informed-consent materials, and privacy notices before collecting health information or enrolling participants.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for a general business and adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You may also choose not to submit any form on this website. Every developer-resource email includes an unsubscribe link that stops future resource-related emails to that address. If you opted into optional patient-pilot marketing emails, you may withdraw that choice by contacting us at the email address below; any future commercial email will also include the applicable opt-out method.

We may update this notice as our website and practices change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
