Dr. Yamini Bynagari

Dr. Yamini Bynagari is a clinical research and diagnostics leader with 20 years of experience across cardiovascular disease, rare diseases and precision medicine. She built a rare-disease CRO from the ground up without outside capital, growing it to $6M+ in annual revenue while leading and supporting 100+ industry-sponsored clinical programs across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Her work contributed to FDA-approved/cleared products including RYPLAZIM® and the TEG® 6s Heparin Neutralization Cartridge.

Her career has focused on advancing precision medicine through diagnostics, biomarkers, companion diagnostics, and matching rare-disease patients to clinical trials and therapies. Recognizing that abundant health data still fails to drive timely, personalized care, she founded Inflahormony to turn longitudinal health signals into physician-guided action and sustained patient engagement.

Dr. Bynagari completed postdoctoral training in cardiovascular research at the University of California, San Francisco and was a UCSF–Pfizer Center for Therapeutic Innovation fellow. She holds a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Physiology from Temple University School of Medicine.
